Isn't it funny how those who have been berating the administration for not having enough troops on the ground in Iraq are now the very same people who are complaining there are TOO MANY troops in Iraq that should have been here instead to help with the hurricane?

Also, any idea where all our national guard soldiers are? We could really use them right now for the type of thing they signed up to do like helping with national disasters. How come they weren’t there to begin with?

What a bonehead. As if the National Guard is fundamentally a search & rescue organization, rather than the organized militia.
