Islam Encourages Rape And Slavery

An interesting new blog out of Norway, that discusses Islamic infiltration of Scandinavia, and the difficulties of confronting it due to Political Correctness. See the conclusion to this entry:
The conclusion one may draw from this is that the authorities in Sweden and Norway know about, or should know about, a disturbing amount of Muslim immigrant rapes of native Scandinavian women, yet choose not to make this information known to the public. Perhaps it would be just too politically incorrect to reveal the negative effects of decades of naïve immigration policies. Perhaps it would also destroy too many multicultural pipe dreams among the intellectual elites, who have built their current careers and reputations on advocating how culturally and economically enriching this new population mix would be. So in the end, the safety of young Scandinavian women is sacrificed in order to keep the glossy image of a multicultural society intact. It is a chilling demonstration of an Eurabian continent that now appears to care more about not upsetting relations with its immigrant population than about protecting its own citizens.
There is a great deal of supporting information, including quotes like:
Swedish laws prohibiting "hate speech" against racial minorities have been vigorously enforced. There have, for example, been a number of gang-rapes of Swedish women by Muslim immigrants. But Swedes must be careful what they say about them. On May 25, neo-Nazi Bjorn Bjorkqvist was convicted and sentenced to two months in prison for writing, "I don’t think I am alone in feeling sick when reading about how Swedish girls are raped by immigrant hordes." ["Jag tror inte jag är ensam om att må dåligt när jag läser om hur svenska tjejer har våldtagits av invandrarhorder"]
And:
An incredibly revealing article that tells us all we need to know about the multiculturalist fetish in Europe and some parts of North America, not to mention the need for change within Islam. Apparently, the Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet reported that 65 percent of rapes of Norwegian women were performed by "non-Western" immigrants – a category that, in Norway, consists mostly of Muslims. The article quoted a professor of social anthropology at the University of Oslo (note: her name is Unni Wikan) as saying that "Norwegian women must take their share of responsibility for these rapes" because Muslim men found their manner of dress provocative. The professor's conclusion was not that Muslim men living in the West needed to adjust to Western norms, but the exact opposite: "Norwegian women must realize that we live in a multicultural society and adapt themselves to it."
And:
The German journalist Udo Ulfkotte told in a recent interview that in Holland, you can now see examples of young, unveiled Moroccan women with a so-called "smiley". It means that the girl gets one side of her face cut up from mouth to ear, serving as a warning to other Muslim girls who should refuse to wear the veil. In the Muslim suburb of Courneuve, France, 77 per cent of the veiled women carry veils reportedly because of fear of being harassed or molested by Islamic moral patrols.

Hijab, the Islamic veil, is thus not ”just a piece of cloth”. It serves as a demarcation line between proper, submissive Muslim women and whores, un-Islamic women who deserve no respect and are asking for rape. The veil should more properly be viewed as the uniform of a Totalitarian movement, and a signal to attack those outside the movement. Judged in the light of the Mufti who said that women who don’t wear it are asking for rape, how on earth can the veil be said to be about ”choice”? The freedom to choose not to be raped if you dress in a normal fashion in your own country? Is that what freedom is about in Europe in 2005?
Rape, of course, is specifically sanctioned by Islam, as one of the fringe benefits of jihad; there is even a procedure for technically making it a social norm, because Muslim men are allowed multiple wives. Thus, the women to be raped are considered to be serially temporarily "married" to the rapist, and then immediately divorced.

The victim of course has no say in the matter, whose previous marriage is considered annuled as a consequence of being the spoils of jihad.

Also, slave girls are specifically set aside as available for the pleasure of the jihad warrior. This is going on today -- right now -- in the Sudan.
The Islamic legal manual ‘Umdat al-Salik, which carries the endorsement of Al-Azhar University, the most respected authority in Sunni Islam, stipulates: “When a child or a woman is taken captive, they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman’s previous marriage is immediately annulled.” Why? So that they are free to become the concubines of their captors. The Qur’an permits Muslim men to have intercourse with their wives and their slave girls: “Forbidden to you are ... married women, except those whom you own as slaves” (Sura 4:23-24).
And we're supposed to respect such an abomination of a system, which is not ancient history but functioning today -- based on the example of mohammed himself! -- as some kind of legitimate religion?

Why?

Just because a lot of people adhere to it? To be polite to them?

As others have pointed out, given the foolishness of human nature, in fact one might consider that the more widely held is an opinion, the more ludicrous or destructive it is apt to be.

What!?!? Ms. Wikan is using "blame the victim" ILLOGIC to justify these horrific crimes? Utterly mind boggling.
And so, how much share of the responsibility do the rapists take and how is that calculated, exactly?? How about........100 PERCENT!
And is she really asking women to "adapt themselves" to the approval of men who implicitly hate them?
Rape is a violent crime, no matter what culture the perpetrator hails from.

I saw a bumper sticker today. It said, "War is not the answer." I pedalled by and thought, "Sometimes, it is..."

The folks over at Protest Warrior have a great saying: "Except for ending slavery, fascism, nazism, and communism, war has never solved anything."

I've been so distracted by our election here along with the war in Iraq. Although I've followed the van Gogh story a little, this post has got me thinking that Europe is in very serious trouble.

I'm sick of men. Done with men. Don't want anything to do with men.

But to have that attitude is wrong, society says. Why? When you realize who is doing the majority of violence, it's smart to realize that if you want to avoid violence you avoid the group who does it the most.

Especially when society say the violence never happened, that most women lie about rape.

It's the other way around. Men lie about rape.

For what it's worth, Anonymous, some of us men are fighting against rape. But I understand your sentiment.

I just deleted a lengthy and inaccurate posting (an example of taqiyya) claiming, among other things, the following:

In fact if you go on islamonline.net it clearly says that " A raped woman is a victim that must be treated with honor and kindness. She is not required to produce four witnesses to prove the crime done against her, nor is she punished for the crime done against her. Rape is an abhorrent crime and an abominable sin. This heinous crime is forbidden not only in Islam but in all religions, and all people of sound thinking and pure human nature reject it." Another website readingislam.com said that, "Muslim scholars are unanimous on this. They maintain that any woman, who, despite doing her utmost to resist these thugs and their ilk, is raped, is not guilty of any sin. This is since the situation is beyond her control, and anyone who is forced to do something is not guilty of sin." As for slavery it is most definately without a doubt banned in Islam.

What authority does a website have over the divine words of mohammed?

What about actual practice in islamic countries? They keep slaves to this very day!

How about this death sentence for "blasphemy"?

Qur’an, 4:24: “Also (prohibited are) women already married, except those whom your right hands possess: Thus hath Allâh ordained (Prohibitions) against you.”

Qur’an, 33:50): “O Prophet! We have made lawful to thee thy wives to whom thou hast paid their dowers; and those whom thy right hand possesses out of the prisoners of war whom Allâh has assigned to thee.”

Slave girls for raping, approved by allah.

Mohamed lived in a era when slavery was an integral part of society. His religion actively promoted the freeing of slaves and advocated the proper treatment of slaves something which Christianity did not do. The Islamic prophet Muhammad encouraged manumission of slaves, even if one had to purchase them first. On many occasions, Muhammad's companions, at his direction, freed slaves in abundance. Muhammad personally freed 63 slaves, and his wife Aisha freed 67. In total his household and friends freed 39,237 slaves. Bernard Lewis states that the Qur'anic legislation brought two major changes to ancient slavery which were to have far-reaching effects: presumption of freedom, and the ban on the enslavement of free persons except in strictly defined circumstances. The unique contribution of the Qur'an, then, is to be found in its emphasis on the place of slaves in society and society's responsibility toward the slave, perhaps the most progressive legislation on slavery in its time." So in Essence Muhammed achieved an end to slavery in a society which regarded it integral to the proper functioning of it. Anyone advocating the abolishment of slavery at that time would definitely have been regarded as mad. Instead Muhammed introduced a system to encourage its end.
1. By strictly banning the enslavement of free peoples
2. By promoting and encouraging the freeing of slaves.
3. The above is a simple mathematical equation which leads to zero after a number of cycles.

Oh by the way the punishment for rape in most Muslim countries is DEATH.
Muslim jurists are not negotiable on this issue.

So to say Islam encourages rape is misleading and belies the truth.

With regard to slavery. Most Muslim countries have banned this practice. Banning this practice conforms to the goals and vision Muhammed the prophet had for mankind.

So to say Islam encourages slavery is also a lie.
If it did then Muslim countries would not legislate against the practice. Neither would they punish their adherents with death when they do indulge in these acts.

Quote from israel forum ...
"We were lusting after women and chastity had become too hard for us, but we wanted to get the ransom money for our prisoners. So we wanted to use the "Azl" (Coitus Interruptus- where the man withdraws before ejaculating)...We asked the Prophet about it and he said: "You are not under any obligation to stop yourselves from doing it like that.." Later on the women and children were given for ransom to their envoys. They all went away to their country and not One wanted to stay although they had the choice.."

So the Great Prophet of Peace told his men it was perfectly FINE to rape women as long as you didn't ejaculate inside them (which made them pregnant). What supreme logic! Any human being with the slightest shred of morality has to be nauseated by this Man and the religion he preached. Mohammed, the supreme religious figurehead of Islam sanctions RAPE, pure and simple. Not only did the Muslims commit this horrifying crime, they decieved the Tribesmen into paying Ransom for their womenfolk, who only paid the money in a desperate attempt to save their women's honor. To call such a Prophet and his followers the epitome of Evil is probably an understatement.

it just a long time, when i found your article.
i really agree with faizal.

what you had said, was totally wrong.
i wish you to do research on Qur'an.
thank you

i am all for expressing your opions. unfortunately a lot of people are misinformed, either just because they haven't donethe research or they are reading the wrong stuff.

it is wrong to generalize. if a muslim country does something - it does not mean that it necessarily represents islam. example is female circumcision practiced in some African countries - up to a few years ago people thought that islam said to do it. now due to the publicity and more research doen it is not islam but more a regional tradition (with islam being used as the reason).

now we all know that there are some wacks out there doing things that are no where near what islam preaches - islam is a religion of peace - not war. war only in self defence. not aggression.

rape is not allowed. nor was it ever allowed. interpretation is vague especially when you do it from a translation. if you were fluent in arabic you would understand it better.

many non-muslim scholars have gone through and made the effort to actually learn arabic (modern and ancient) to understand the holy verses of the Quran - and have confirmed that it is nothing less than a miracle - with all the knowledge - past present and future - for that time. today it is easy to look up something on the net.

islam is straight forward
today a rapist and murderer goes free after serving months or years of his sentence but the victims live in pain forever.
when islam has set harsh punishments - it has been critisized
an eye for an eye

if your child or sister was raped you would feel that islam was right to punish harshly
but the islam-phobia today does not allow anyone that is non-muslim to actually praise islam - immediately to balance in their own mind - find something negative to say about islam.

i grew up in north america and knew more about christianity and jewdism before i learnt about islam. my finding is that people are seriously misinformed.
people are distracted from the real truth by lies and misleading accusations.

it is always good to question things- it is just that when you find out what the REAL TRUTH is - embrace it - don't be afraid. get more information. don't hate. learn and learn. you have nothing to lose except ignorance when you learn.
