More Canadian Liberal Insanity

When not attacking their own military, the Canadian Liberals are running ads attacking the United States. Links to clips are found here.

One of them ominously asserts, to spooky music, that Conservative challenger Stephen Harper actually made this chilling comment at a secret meeting "off-limits to press and public":

America, and particularly your conservative movment, is a light and an inspiration to people in this country and across the world.

Such a sentiment obviously disqualifies him from ever holding public office, in the eyes of the Liberal Canadian government.

The Canadians, by the way, are supposedly our allies in NATO, fighting with us in Afghanistan at this very moment.

And with whom we jointly conduct the defense of North American airspace via NORAD.

Yet the Liberals speak of us as if we were a threat to their very existence, such that the sentiment that we might be a light to the world would be shameful and despicable.

And the ad ends with

No. We did not make that up.

We're not allowed to make stuff up.

I am not making this up!
