Here President-wannabe Obama displays his respect for the National Anthem:

It’s so amusing how liberals rush to defend it too. When I saw your previous article on the subject, I felt the need to rant about it at my site as well. I received the usual liberal response:
“Seriously, what the f*** does patriotism have to do with covering your heart?”
Of course, my natural first instinct is to quote something official:
“United States Code, 36 USC Sec. 301 says that during the playing of The Star Spangled Banner (United States National Anthem) when the flag is displayed, everyone except those in uniform should stand at attention while facing the flag and have their right hand over their heart. Individuals in attendance that aren’t in uniform should remove anything they are wearing on their head with their right hand and hold it at their left shoulder, with their hand held over their heart.”
Beyond all of that, one would think he would show the slightest modicum of respect towards the nation he is asking us to elect him to lead.
